Declaration
If this application is accepted I agree that my membership of the Club is to continue from year to year unless I give written notice to the Secretary of my intention to resign before the annual renewal date. In these circumstances, I shall be liable to pay the Membership fee for the succeeding year. I hereby confirm that in taking up Membership, I recognise that I am a Club Member of the Victory (Services) Association Limited and am bound by the Memorandum and Articles of that Company.
Your application will be activated once the appropriate documentation has been received and processed. If we do not receive the required documentation within 30 days, the VSC will lapse your membership without refund.
Please note that, in line with VSC's security policy we also require a passport sized photograph per application. If you are unsure of the documentation required, please contact the Membership Team prior to completing this application on 020 7616 8312.
To enable us to validate your Membership application a reasonable amount of personal data, depending on the membership type, will be processed both manually and electronically to ensure the eligibility criteria, this will form part of a contractual obligation as described in the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 [GDPR], Art 6(b). The Victory Service Club will treat that personal data fairly, responsibly, and in a transparent manner.
To protect our Charity and Private Members Club status, documents proving your membership eligibility must be kept on file for the duration of your Club Membership. You have the right to request us to delete those documents from your file, by doing so we will not be able to further extend your Club membership and your membership will be lapsed without refund.
The Victory Services Club will process your personal data in a manner that is legal, effective and efficient. We will apply ethical best practise at the root of decision making, while protecting your privacy and confidentiality, as described in our GDPR Policy. A full version of the Club’s GDPR Policy is available online, through the Members Portal, or in print, on request, at the Club.

Rights related to automated decision making including profiling. Victory Services Club does not employ automated decision-making processes based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you.
Victory Services Club takes the security of our member’s personal data very seriously, and we require all management, employees and contractors to treat personal data with strict confidentiality. All the appropriate technical and organisational measures are in place, supported by privacy impact and risk assessments, to ensure a secure environment for information held both manually and electronically.
The Victory Services Club will hold personal data no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data are processed; personal data may be stored for longer periods insofar as described by GDPR in order to safeguard the rights and freedoms of individuals; or if it is necessary in order to comply with a legal obligation.
